During the investigation one have found, that genotypic factors has grander effect at lifetime use efficiency than investigated phenotypic ones (season of birth and calving). We established that Holstein sires Annais Grethe 97836, Mongtfratch Matilda 91779, Valet 545, Adalvais 355341, Jemchjuzhnij 0818 and Sanmanster Rudolf 47884 appeared to be herd approvers on lifetime milk production and duration of use. Holland sires Marcus /47893 and Ostainder 12829, the sire of initial Black-and-White breed Volodar 2444 and Holstein Jeiran 9057 as well as Vodan 760 were absolute deteriorates of longevity and husbandry use duration in the herd. These sires and the sire of initial Black-and-White breed Tanor 561 and Holstein Hokkel 0732 became deteriorates on daughter’s lifetime milk production. The highest lifetime milk and fat yield at high content of fat in milk during lactation had cows of Montvick Chiftein 95679 line. Cows of Hiltjes Adema 37910, Cieling Traidgun Rocket 252803, Reflection Sovering 198998, Rudolfa Yana 34558 and Wis Back Ideal 0933122 lines are significant from the point of view of lifetime use efficiency traits improving. The highest lifetime use efficiency had cows of such families: Pasizy 1514, Venery 962/1432 and Darnitsy 761/1709. Cows of Estafeta 1653, Symphonia 920, Dorozhky 724 families distinguished by low milk production and use of duration. The lowest fat content in milk had cows of Bohema 201 family.
Correlation analysis results are the evidence of necessity of taking into selection account the cow’s production during first three lactations. We haven’t found any noticeable connection of lifetime use efficiency traits with wage traits (daily gain, animal formation intensity traits). We have noticed low use duration and lifetime production heritability (0.05-0.13). Complex lifetime use efficiency traits, which are yield at one day of life, husbandry use and lactation have higher heritability coefficients (0.13-0.26).
Modeled multiple regression equation let us make optimization оf lifetime use efficiency selection and correction of made earlier results. As research data showed, main factors, which should be included at the selection for lifetime yield, fat yield and average lifetime fat content are wage traits, especially live weight and daily gain at certain periods.
Different selection groups consolidation level study showed the decreasen of the trait consolidation degree at increasing of the distance from mutual ancestor. Value of consolidation coefficients depends on selection group place at innerbreed hierarchy. It should be mentioned, that high degree of consolidation amongst lifetime use efficiency traits mainly had yield at one day of husbandry use and lactation, as well as average lifetime fat content.
