Glucagon was injected in dose 0,05 mg/kg intravenously. It was shown that insulin in dose 0,045 mg/kg stimulates choleresis more essential than in dose 0,023 mg/kg. This hormon increases level of bile production and content of bile acids, proteins, calcium and nonorganic phosphorus in the dogs bile. Intravenous introduction of glucose solution to dogs decreases insulin hypercholeresis effect. These results testify to insulin have an influence on choleresis through hypoglicemia and by the increase of nucleus vagus activity. Glucagon increased production of bile and debits of total cholats, cholesterole, bilirubin and total proteins in the dogs bile.
