The state of reproduction of a manpower, as territorial-distributed phenomena, is characterized by the internal relations, and conducting attributes are connected with urbation of territory, or estimate a level of professional reproduction of a manpower. The methods of geostatistical analysis are developed and introduced for spatial distribution of parameters of socio-economic systems. The wide mathematical-geographical spatial-time analysis of parameters is made for social-ecological environments and reproducting potential, including statistical, geostatistical, entropy, multiparameter factor and others. Are received quantitative correlation-regression, entropy, geostatistical estimations of system relations between parameters.
The analysis of dynamics correlation and entropy of the characteristics of researched parameters and relations between them specifies that in 1992-1993 years there was their appreciable indignation, that objectively testifies about emphasize of socio-economic crisis in the country as a whole and in region in particular. The system relations between parameters of environment and parameters of their reproduction specify essential influence of demographic, social and ecological blocks of parameters on reproduction of a manpower. Thus the complete analysis of such relations provides the account of all cooperating pairs attributes.
The territorial variability of density integrated reproductive potential reflects a conducting role of demographic attributes and attributes of professional training. The highest value of density of integrated reproductive potential is observed in those subregions, where there is a most powerful base of education of specialists. The multivariate factor analysis of attributes of environment and processes of manpower reproduction has confirmed the made earlier conclusions about conducting value urbanization as factor and professional reproduction as system result.
Mathematical models, describing system relations in regional system of reproduction of working resources are constructed. The significant statistical dependence (r = -0.92) between a share of the women of able-bodied age and birth rate is revealed. The territorial concentration of women, moved to cities slows down relative parameters of wedding, stimulates increase the level of divorces, and through system communications reduces birth rate. The theoretical bases are developed and the formula of calculation the integrated value reproduction potencial is deduced for labour resources of region. The algorithm is based on geocybernetic approach and also can be generalized for potentials of any systems.
On the basis of models problems of optimization of environment are formulated and resolved. The system offers for optimization of attributes of environments with the purpose of maximization of reproducting potential are formulated.
