ВЗАЄМОДІЯ МІКРООРГАНІЗМІВ КОРЕНЕВОЇ ЗОНИ ЯРОГО ЯЧМЕНЮ З БІОАГЕНТАМИ МІКРОБНИХ ПРЕПАРАТІВ
cochliodes (the agent of chetomyk preparation) and micromycetes of summer barley rhizosphere is studied. It has been shown that C. cochliodes is capable to evince high antagonistic activity against the wide spectrum of phytopathogenic fungi as isolates on solid nourishing mediums and directly in soil. During introduction of this antaagonist into turf- podzol and meadow- chernozem leached soil it was distinguished essentially reduction of number of mycromycetes of Bipolaris and Fusarium genuses which are the representatives of pathogen complex of summer barley root rots. It has been found out that during the introduction into the soil C. cochliodes can settle down there in summer barley root zone, colonize it active, take up dominating place in soil fungi cenosises and restrict the development of phitopathogenic fungi. The usage of microbial preparation of chetomyk protects summer barley from agents of root rots and promotes to rise the harvest of the culture up to 21,4-24,3%.
The analysis of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in root zone of summer barley revealed that there were Azospirillum species dominated in rhizospere and root surface. A new strain of associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azospirillum brasilense 11 with high degree of nitrogen fixation has been obtained. During the introduction in soil with the seeds of summer barley the nitrogen-fixing bacteria and the fungus-antagonist settled down in rhizosphere and root surface of the plants and functionated there actively. C. cochliodes had a positive influence on settling down of A. brasilense.
The usage of nitrogen-fixing bacteria for inoculation of summer barley seeds is conductive to extension of nitrogen fixation in root zone of plants, constitution of biologically active substances, rising of plants' stability to phytopathogenic fungi - causative agents of root rots and, as a result, increasing of productivity of the culture.
In vegetative and field experiments the effectivity of joint usage of associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria and fungus-antagonist as remedies for improvement of nitrogen feeding of plants and their protection from root rots is studied. During the usage of these microorganisms it was essentially proved the nitrogen feeding of plants, significantly limited the development of familiar and fusarial root rots which was conductive to increase the harvest of the summer barley seeds on 24-32 per cents and allowance of albumen in it on 2,0-2,5%.
On the base of fungus-antagonist C. cochliodes and nitrogen-fixing bacteria A. brasilense a new polyfunctional complex of preparations for improvement of nitrogen fixation of plants and their protection from causative agent of root rots is created. The preparation is worthy of notice as perspective remedy to increase the harvest of agricultural cultures, make better the quality of production with synchronous keeping of soils' fertility and environment out from pollution by chemical remedies.
