Storehouses of complex and compound organic bindings are optimized. Structure formation of viscous-plastic SVRPAP modified by complex addition of polyvinylchlaride reddlings and vat residues of phthalic anhydrate distillation as compound organic bindings obtained by fusion of pitch-lice SVRPAP and oil road bitumen have been studied. Physical and composition-strength properties of concrete in comples and compound organic bindings have been studied. The results of the analysis were intoduced into concrete mix production with the use of compound organic bindings.
