The method of the efficiency increasing of the automated tests of complicated machines based on their state estimation on indirect information and limited number of parameters is developed. The generalized (informative) index of the objects functioning during the tests and exploitation stages is offered. The procedure of decision making as a result of branch tests on the base of the index is automated.
Procedure of the stochastic programming for the dynamic systems identification that needs considerably less volume of a priori information and that able to adapt to proposed empirical information in different practical situations is synthesized.
The method of exposure of rejections in functioning of difficult objects, which allows to find out the sudden change of coefficients of dynamic model linking the entrances and outputs of separate machine or production area, is offered.
A structure and software of the automated systems for the branch tests of complicated machines have been developed. The subsystems of system of knowledge on quality and technical state of the tested objects have been determined. The use of that allows to modify the automated systems of tests, transition to the integral management of products quality for providing of its competitiveness. The ways of development of the automated systems of branch tests of machine-building objects on the prospect are grounded.
