The main principle of this conception is an anthropocentrism. The general conception contains the theoretical conception of chamber ensemble as a phenomenon of culture and the historical conception of the development of ensemble culture and chamber ensemble.
The limits of the historical conception of ensemble include the determination of the main directions of the evolution of the ensemble genres and also the historical periodization of this process. The social and historical semantic of ensemble genres in the system of art of the different epochs is shown. The limits of the theoretical conception of ensemble include the terminological analysis of the ideas “ensemble”, “musical ensemble”, “chamber ensemble”. The number of new terms were putting into scientific operation. The number of more detail independent conceptions were being created: 1) the conception of general ensembleness of musical performance and the conception of communicative-psychological specific of ensemble; 2) the conception of system of ensemble genres and the conception of the interaction of the genre’s constantness and relativeness; 3) the conception of sociological and semantic ambyvalentness of the chamber-ensemble culture etc. The social and esthetical specific of the chamber ensemble was being also investigated.
