It was set that for production, is based on surface method of phagus Penicillium vitale cultivation, insignificant pollutionof air of working area by spores was typical. Methods of microbiological definition of researches Phagus spores' concentration in working area were worked out and put into practice. It was experimentally proved that glucosooksidase IV strain of phagus Penicillium vitale revealed immunotoxic influence like sensibilization and imunization, disbiotic influence and ability of dissemination in internal organs of laboratory animals, and didn't have irritative influence on mucous tunic of eye. It was sientifical proved MAC phagus Penicillium vitale in air of working area in the level of 5*103 spores/m3 with taking into account the threshold of harmful influence. It was offered to refer researched biological factor to alergetic group. On the basis of hygienic evaluation of air polluting places inventarisation and having taken into consideration the calculation of the dispersion in the surface air the level of atmospheric air pollution with phagus Penicillium vitale was forcasted in the region of microcyde and glucosooksidase factory the decrease of sanitary protective zone size was proved. The medical - and - prevention measures was elaborated.
