It is possible to mension, as for reactions in a gas phase, that the hypothesis has proved to be true relating index of factors of homo- and heteroclasters association of ions depends on degree of gidrofilum of substance.
For molecules BАS in a number of medical-preventive preparations, condition and dynamics of their changes in time in multicomponent modelling mixes, in Іchtyolum and Pіx lіquіda betulae, in CO2-extracts from Mentha pіperіta, Abіes sіbіrіca, Humulus lupulus, in substation containing poison of mushrooms are analysed. The biophysical method TOF-PDMS is could be applied to optimal selection of components, stabilizers and prolongators of action by development and tests of new multicomponent of medical-preventive preparations, theoretical substantiation and forecasting of their structure. More than hundred compositions BАS of different groups (antibiotics, parasiticides, sulfanilamide and others) are investigated, the computer database of mass-spectra TOF-PDMS is created.
While working tens of preparations for veterinary and human medicine, hundreds of various biologically active substances and their mixes were investigated. The mass-spectrometer analysis has allowed to define chemically allowable compositions of these substances. Proceeding from pharmacological expediency some new recipes of multicomponent preparations for veterinary medicine were offered. Were among them anti-parasitical and anti-bacterial medicinal preparations. The part them has passed clinical tests successfully and has been already introduced into production.
The analysis of condition of molecules of biologically active substances in mixes was carried out on character and mutual relation of peaks of ions on mass-spectra. Taken into account peaks molecular, similar-molecular ions, derivatives, characteristical fragments and others. Monitoring of some modelling mixes in various systems of the solvents were carried out up to three years term.
Expediency and efficiency of usage of a method TOF-PDMS for definition of chemical compatibility of components in complex preparations and theoretical substantiation of their structure is proved. Methods chromatography and UV-,VIS - spectrum also were used at work.
